In order to make a request please give us some description of the item and a fully dimensional sketch.

A fully dimensional sketch is a sketch with measurements for each edge of the sketch. If you have trouble creating a fully dimensional sketch just submit your request and one of our team members will be in touch with you. You may also meet with us in person if you would like.

Once you submit your request an engineer will be assigned to your project and will contact you and give you a price estimate.

Then if you like the price our engineer will have it 3D printed for you or we can give you a standard file which would allow you to get it 3D printed anywhere.

3D printing usually takes a few days. All 3D printed items are non-refundable. However, we will not charge you if our engineer has made an error or the printer malfunctioned.
